TikToker Cheese Breaks Down on Live Amid Eviction Drama, Unfollows Nicki Minaj

Popular Jamaican TikToker Cheese, also known as Sharon Oakley, is at the center of controversy after going live on TikTok during her eviction, tearfully accusing fellow influencers of harassment and expressing disappointment in Nicki Minaj for not offering support.

Eviction Drama Caught Live

The emotional moment unfolded on TikTok Live on July 11, where Cheese filmed her eviction in real time while confronting Blondie and Macy — two trans content creators — who unexpectedly showed up at the apartment.

Blondie, who once lived at the same address, allegedly called Cheese beforehand saying he knew where she was and was “coming with Macy.” The two appeared at the scene, and Macy was seen slapping Cheese’s phone during the livestream, triggering an online uproar.

Cheese later broke down crying, with her young son nearby, saying she was overwhelmed, unsupported, and in need of financial help. She requested donations via Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal, explaining she needed funds to move, store her belongings, and secure shelter.

Unfollows Nicki Minaj & Sparks Conspiracy Talk

On Instagram, Cheese posted a screenshot showing she had unfollowed Nicki Minaj, publicly stating her regret over accepting a TikTok Lion gift (valued at US$250) from the rapper.

She emotionally claimed that bad things always happen to people after accepting gifts or money from Minaj, referencing others like Busshead, Pretti Don, and Niah, who allegedly faced tragedy or distress. The claims echoed a growing TikTok conspiracy theory suggesting that accepting funds from celebrities may come with unseen consequences.

Cheese also appeared to praise Cardi B in a follow-up post, deepening the fan speculation and fueling chatter in both fanbases.

Our Opinion

This incident highlights the mental health crisis playing out online, especially for creators under pressure. Livestreaming deeply personal moments can create more trauma than support — and fans need to remember that influencers are people too. As for the conspiracy talk: emotional pain shouldn't be confused with spiritual punishment. Let’s not demonize generosity.
